In an exciting move for the AI and robotics community, NVIDIA has released a treasure trove of commercial-grade datasets—completely free. While we at Metablend may not be in the robotics space (Yet), we recognize the immense value this brings to developers working on AI and machine learning technologies.

This dataset collection includes:
Physical AI Smart Spaces Dataset – Over 250 hours of multi-camera video for tracking and object detection in warehouses, hospitals, and retail spaces.
Robotics Manipulation in the Kitchen – Simulated robotic movements for opening cabinets, drawers, and appliances, helping developers create smarter automation.
Grasping Dataset – 57 million computed grasps across 8,515 objects, supporting industrial and research applications.
Robotics Manipulation - Single Arm & Objects – Automatic robot motion datasets for various tasks, from block stacking to pick-and-place operations.
OpenUSD 3D Asset Collection – 578 simulation-ready 3D assets compatible with NVIDIA's IsaacSim for digital twin development.
GR00T N1 Post-Training Datasets – A collection of robot trajectory data for advanced AI training.
For robotics and AI developers, this is a game-changer. It enables the creation of better simulations, AI-driven automation, and smarter robotics—all powered by NVIDIA’s cutting-edge technology, available on huggingface.co Link: https://huggingface.co/collections/nvidia/physical-ai-67c643edbb024053dcbcd6d8
Even though we're not in the AI development business, we love seeing opportunities that push industries forward. And this free release from NVIDIA? It’s one worth sharing!
